We understand that your time is valuable. With the Econt application, you can instantly receive information about your shipments. Conveniently track their journey, receive notifications about their status, and see the services you have selected for them.
Utilize the new look and structure of the Econt application with:

<li>Personal greeting;</li>
<li>Activity indicator for shipments and requests;</li>
<li>Movement indicator for the services used;</li>
<li>Quick filing of a complaint directly from a shipment or request;</li>
<li>Marketing section for communication of key offers from Econt.</li>
</ul>
Easily manage your shipments by:
<ul>
<li>Changing the address and delivery method;</li>
<li>Selecting someone else to receive the shipment on your behalf;</li>
<li>Specifying a new day or exact delivery time;</li>
<li>Online payment for your shipment.</li>
</ul>
Digitally submit and track your complaints, with the ability to:
<ul>
<li>Describe the reason for the complaint and attach an image;</li>
<li>Track real-time processing;</li>
<li>Receive feedback and choose whether to agree with it;</li>
<li>Select how to receive compensation;</li>
<li>Evaluate your experience.</li>
